ST. GEORGE, La. – St. George mayoral candidate Jim Morgan, whose past legal troubles include a guilty plea for solicitation, is now ready to bring his firsthand experience to city leadership. At a forum last night, inside the unfinished VIP lounge of his proposed St. George gentlemen’s club, Morgan unveiled his bold economic recovery plan, “Leadership, Legislation, and Lap Dances,” vowing to ensure exotic dancers enjoy tax-free pole dances under his administration.

Until St. George builds a proper city hall, Morgan plans to run the government from inside the club, ensuring he remains accessible to his constituents. “While other mayors clock out at 6 PM, I’ll just be clocking in, working late to serve the people—all night long,” he assured, adjusting his city-issued silk robe, embroidered with ‘Mayor Daddy’ on the lapel.
To protect local businesses, Morgan is proposing a special tariff on Baton Rouge residents who visit St. George for “entertainment services.” He defended the move, stating, “This isn’t charity work—if Baton Rouge folks want to experience what St. George has to offer, they’ll need to open their wallets. We all know the best things in life aren’t free, and I’m here to make sure they pay up.”
Emphasizing his dedication to the local economy, he vowed to forgo a mayoral salary and instead earn a commission from bottle service and Champagne Room visits, ensuring a truly hands-on approach to governance.
Standing firm in his commitment to the people of St. George, he assured voters, “I won’t go down… I mean without a fight!”
