BATON ROUGE, LA – LSU officials reportedly revoked a longtime fan’s season tickets Monday after posting on Tiger Droppings that he would be “satisfied” if the Tigers won 10 games this season.
The disturbing post was allegedly made during a casual “Tiger Rants” conversation about expectations for Lane Kiffin’s first season at LSU.
“I thought 10 wins, maybe a bowl win, and building toward next year would be pretty good,” the fan reportedly posted, immediately inviting a barrage of personal attacks and memes depicting his wife with Ole Miss players.
Within hours, LSU officials arrived at his home, accompanied by the LSU Police Department and Coach O, to collect his tickets and parking pass.
Sources say the university became particularly concerned after reviewing previous statements in which the fan described a three-point victory as “still a win” and suggested LSU shouldn’t fire an offensive coordinator following one three and out.
Other Tiger fans supported the decision.
“If you’re satisfied with 10 wins, what happens next? You’re okay with beating Arkansas by only 17?” asked one TD member.
The former ticket holder will reportedly spend the season watching games at home with other reasonable people.
