The name change comes on the heels of yet another incident: a Southern University student recently collapsed at a warehouse co-leased by Dunnitagain. The warehouse, shrouded in mystery, has raised questions about its intended use and safety standards.

This latest episode adds to a growing list of Dunnitagain’s exploits. His property was previously flagged for multiple violations, including an overgrown driveway and a fence that mysteriously migrated onto his neighbor’s land. Additionally, his re-election was secured after all his opponents were disqualified, ensuring his continued service to Baton Rouge.
