Twice.
Political analysts are now praising Morgan’s innovative approach to governance, noting that if elected, St. George could expect a mayor who handles problems with ruthless efficiency. Budget concerns? Deleted. Traffic congestion? Vanished. Crime? If it’s not on the official Facebook page, does it even exist?
