BIRMINGHAM, AL – Tensions between LSU and the Southeastern Conference escalated Tuesday after the SEC reportedly changed its Netflix password and abruptly stopped sharing its location with the university.
LSU officials discovered the change Monday night after attempting to continue watching a documentary they had started together over the weekend.
Things grew more concerning when LSU opened its phone and noticed the SEC had also stopped sharing its location for the first time in years.
“We’re not going to overreact,” an LSU official said. “Every relationship has disagreements. Sometimes lawyers get involved. Sometimes one side threatens to kick the other one out. That doesn’t mean you throw away 94 years.”
The SEC has reportedly asked LSU for some space while it “figures some things out,” but LSU maintains the two sides can work through their differences.
LSU’s confidence reportedly faded Tuesday afternoon after the SEC asked the Tigers to stop having packages delivered to conference headquarters.
Upon hearing the news, Notre Dame reportedly texted LSU with “yo, holla if you need anything bro, I’m here.”
