LSU Fan Relieved Campus Fights Appears to Be Only Gameday Activity Without Additional Fees

One LSU fan finally found a gameday activity that didn’t require another donation.

BATON ROUGE, LA – After reviewing his latest football expenses, an LSU season ticket holder expressed relief Thursday that last week’s campus fights were included at no additional charge.

“I paid for tickets, parking, a mandatory donation, and something listed as a convenience fee,” the man said. “Nobody’s asked me for another forty dollars to watch the same pack of idiots start another fight like last year. I appreciate that.”

Following another disruptive gameday gathering, he initially worried LSU would classify the altercation as premium entertainment and invoice everyone within viewing distance.

Instead, he discovered spectators could simply walk past without scanning an app or demonstrating sufficient TAF priority points.

“That’s refreshing,” he said. “My brother could actually join me without us having to transfer anything.”

The man supports increased campus security but hopes the university resists monetizing the situation.

By Thursday afternoon, he had emailed the president’s office requesting safer tailgating and written confirmation that any future crowd dispersal would remain covered under his existing facilities fee.
