BATON ROUGE, LA – LSU fans experienced another successful opening day of fall camp Tuesday after members of TigerDroppings collectively declared the Tigers’ season over, back on track, and officially over again, all before most residents had finished their morning coffee.
The emotional roller coaster reportedly began when a video surfaced showing an incomplete pass during warmups, prompting hundreds of posts demanding immediate changes at quarterback, offensive coordinator, and, for reasons no one could explain, the marching band’s halftime playlist.
Minutes later, another clip showed the offense connecting on a deep touchdown pass, leading many of the same users to predict an undefeated season, a Heisman Trophy winner, and Lane Kiffin’s third national championship at LSU.
The optimism lasted approximately 11 minutes before a shaky exchange on a routine handoff appeared online, sending the message board back into full crisis mode.
“At this point I’ve got three separate predictions saved depending on what the next practice clip shows,” admitted one poster. “If tomorrow’s first throw is complete, we’re winning it all. If it’s incomplete, I’ll see everyone in the transfer portal thread.”
Coaches confirmed the team had completed exactly one practice, while TigerDroppings confirmed it had already completed the entire season.
