Anti MAGA Protestors LSU Arrested

Seven LSU Anti-MAGA Protesters Detained, Parents Furious They Had to Miss Bingo Night to Come Pick Them Up

BATON ROUGE, LA – Seven LSU students who staged an anti-MAGA protest Wednesday were detained by campus police, sparking outrage not from fellow activists but from their parents, who were pulled away from bingo night to pick them up.

The demonstration, described by organizers as “a movement,” ended up drawing fewer people than a typical study group. Officers said the small group posed no danger but still violated assembly rules, leading to what they called “a swift and efficient roundup.”

Parents, however, weren’t celebrating. “Do you know how long I’ve been waiting for a blackout card?” asked one mother. “I had to endure Acadian Thruway traffic and now I’m standing in a police station because my kid thinks holding a sign is world-changing.” Another father reportedly muttered about missing two jackpots before telling his child they were going back to taking the bus from now on.

Though no injuries were reported, families said the evening will be remembered less as a political statement and more as “the night seven kids ruined bingo for everybody.”
